JKR PWD Form DB/T – 2002 Edition
This is the only domestic standard form of contract for a turnkey contract/project. As with the other PWD standard forms the bulk of the risks are bourne by the contractor. Similarly to the 203 and 203A standard forms the government produced extensive administrative forms and documentation to be used with and enhance the standard form.
