I am looking for PWD/JKR Form DB/T for 2000 Edition, the first edition of the Form which is not available in Internet. Any clue how to get the Form via online??
Yes I did but not avail. I managed to get the 2002, 2007 and 2010 edition online, 2000 edition was the first edition which was superseded by the later editions. However the case at hand was referred to the first edition of the form and therefore we need to verify what has been stated in the first edition. Cawangan Kontrak & Ukur Bahan of JKR was not responded to our query. We still looking for this and appreciate of any help on this.
